Our Vision is present understanding. Our Vision is one of responsive service, here and now. Our Vision is an understanding of wholeness. It is the wholeness of our Self, our bodies, our planet and our current reality. Our Vision is one of stewardship and mentorship. Our Vision is open-ended, open-minded and allows for its own “re-creation”.
The environment that allows our re-creation is mutual trust. A re-creation that is natural and organic and aligned with our true being. Our re-creation is to nourish and heal, continually restoring wholeness back to our environment. Our re-creation is responding to the genuine needs of one another and those we serve. Our re-creation is to enjoy the synergy of our strategic partners with common goals. Our re-creation is to practice good company in an enlightened workplace with peace of mind.
We see the need for fertile earth. We see the
need for organic integrity in our precious seeds. We see the need for an
organic, nourishing and wholesome food supply. We see the need of ways
for all to participate in the re-creation of a fresh, wholesome and enlightened
Planet Earth. We see the need to serve and nourish in this regard. We aspire
to make our Vision real.
Meet Our Team of Visionaries

Other responsibilities include being special assistant to the Wizard and supporting his efforts to keep things moving along for the good of all. I am asked many times for my opinion on all matters, from recipes to executive decisions. We do the food trade shows together each year and are responsible for recruiting new business for the company.
I am responsible for the grounds. Calling someone to mow or doing it myself… making sure all weeds are cleaned away from around the building. This is essential with our organic status to control the local pests.
Our company, The Wizard’s Cauldron, is a manufacturer of organic sauces and dressings. We are a small company that has consistently generated millions of bottles of organic products for several years. Our group purpose is to manufacturer the very best, organic offerings for our strategic partners, who in turn do the sales and promotion for these products.
By producing organic products, we are calling attention to the need for a more organic world. This is most important because the biotechnology/industrial complex tries to alter our food source and use genetically modified methods to feed their own pockets. Sounds good, but not all is tested properly and we do not know what might happen down the road. We know organic works, because it has sustained us for many years. Grandpa used to farm this way!
There are so many elements of producing good products that must come together to make everything right. Good tasting recipes, good ingredients, cleanliness, properly operating machines, correct measurements, correct billings and correspondence are some. Most important is a team that cares. If each team member focuses on his or her own area of accountability, we all gain by having our team goal of “job well done” met.
When our team at the Cauldron is honest and speaks their mind, I cannot think of anything that we would not be able to accomplish. I am blessed to work with a team so full of talent. Ours is a very responsible team. We are considerate of each other and our strategic partners. We care about organics, each other and giving the best we can.

At The Wizard’s Cauldron, we use our own values in decision making. We work together for quality goals. We bottle quality, clean process and consider how our environment provides us with a lot organic ingredients.
We know the value of listening first and then we can say something about what we know. The Wizard's Cauldron makes organic sauces, condiments, and salad dressings. We are a small and growing company. We have made a difference in the national grocery industry by influencing a few, very special, brands to become certified organic.
Every team member has responsibilities that contribute to processing and packaging of quality, organic products. When we find an area where we can make an improvement or an error in our methods we view it as an opportunity to learn and grow. We evaluate the situation and implement procedures to take advantage of what we have learned. This allows us to make improvements and prevent errors from reoccurring. We learn from our mistakes and practice the golden rule.
I know we make the world a better place by using organic ingredients in our products. We are helping the organic farmers heal the earth. We are helping the consumer by offering healthier products. Our team is committed to the "organic mission".

At The Wizard’s Cauldron, we are making a difference. We are a small business in Cedar Grove and make organic sauces and dressings. We are a part of protecting the land by becoming organically involved. Our strategic partners are people who are interested in keeping the land healthy as well as us.
We put a lot of effort in our daily work towards making sure that by the end of the day we have reached our goals. We take great pride in keeping our work area clean and organized. I enjoy the freedom to work independently and interdependently.

I have had twenty-seven years experience in the meat business. I am H.A.C.C.P. certified and trained in most aspects of food handling. I oversee both our organic and non-organic productions. In addition to all the food handling procedures require by law and health codes we take many additional steps to maintain our organic certification. As an example we record the lot numbers on all ingredients in our products. We carefully monitor the storage and use of organic and non-organic ingredients. All of our organic ingredients are marked clearly with green stickers. All of our non-organic ingredients are clearly marked with red stickers. I insure nothing gets by without proper markings or documentation.
I take the responsibility to see that if anyone
on our team needs help, that I am available to help him or her. This keeps
our operation running smooth. I am proud of our work and our company's
prosperity.

I have a keen interest in assuring that our customers
can depend on The Wizard’s Cauldron to provide the best products. I am
constantly vigilant to spot and eliminate problems before they become quality
control issues.
These responsibilities let me ensure the highest
quality packaging for goodness and for appearance:
· Ensure caps are tight
· Ensure proper fill level
· Ensure label is straight and well positioned
· Ensure date code is accurate and readable
· Ensure tamper evident sleeve is in place
I enjoy identifying problems in processes, facilities and equipment. As well, I enjoy conceiving and implementing solutions and long-term remedies.
We work as a team here at the Cauldron.
On production days I am responsible for assuring that the line is set up
correctly. I monitor parts usage and maintain sufficient inventory
of strategic spare parts to facilitate minimum downtime as a result of
equipment failures. I work with equipment vendors and service suppliers
and study the equipment manuals so that I become more familiar with each
piece of equipment.
